Overview

ARCB Investment LLC was incorporated in Dubai in 2022, under UAE mainland investment management registration 1041252. The firm exists for a specific reason. The capital we manage belongs to institutions and qualified counterparties who expect us to put it into businesses that will still be here in a decade. Not stories. Not rotations. Actual businesses — the kind most of the institutional world spent the last ten years walking away from.

We hold positions in years, not quarters.

Every opportunity runs through the same path before it reaches committee: financials, governance, ESG, operational fit, and a view on who will be running the business three years from now. Nothing skips. The team has spent most of its working life inside these sectors, which is a large part of why we chose them in the first place.

Our office sits on Sheikh Zayed Road — Office No.1, 10th Floor, Aspin Commercial Tower. We chose the location deliberately. Most of the people we need to speak with pass through Dubai more than once a quarter.

The phrase is not wallpaper. It does real work inside the firm. Every mandate is tested against two questions before committee. Does the return justify the capital at risk. And does the underlying activity improve something that can actually be counted — jobs created, emissions avoided, water produced, students graduated, hospital beds added. A strong answer to one is not enough. We don't always end up investing where the answer is yes. But we never skip the question.

Capital is concentrated where the fundamentals are readable and the holding period rewards patience. Breadth is a poor substitute for conviction.

ESG runs through diligence and sits inside portfolio reviews. It is not delegated to a compliance team. It changes prices.

Accountability runs in two directions. First to the investors whose capital we hold. Then to the places where that capital ends up — which, in this region, is rarely an abstraction.

United Nations Global Compact — Participant

ARCB Investment LLC is a formal participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). Participation is an alignment-based commitment, not a licence, certification, or endorsement issued by the United Nations. The Compact is a voluntary framework for companies that publicly commit to its ten principles covering human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

Our participation reflects how the firm already operates. The ten principles are embedded in diligence, portfolio construction, and post-investment engagement — not bolted on. Performance against them is reviewed annually at governance-board level, and material outcomes are reported to the UNGC through the Communication on Progress process.

For the avoidance of any doubt: UNGC participation is not a regulatory approval, and it does not replace the UAE mainland investment management licence under which ARCB is authorised to operate. Both are disclosed here because both are real — the first is how the firm chooses to govern itself, the second is how the firm is permitted to operate.
