A Dubai-based investment firm. Established 2022. We allocate institutional capital into traditional sectors — and we hold.
ARCB operates exclusively through official channels. For verification of partnerships or announcements, please contact us directly.
ARCB Group is a UAE mainland investment firm, headquartered on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai since 2022. The business is deliberately traditional: ten sectors, multi-year holding periods, operators we've already worked with or want to. Nothing in the portfolio is speculative. Nothing we back depends on a narrative no one can verify.
ARCB Investment LLC is a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), aligning with globally recognized principles in sustainability, governance, and responsible business practices.

The firm was set up for a narrow purpose. Put institutional money into businesses we understand, work with operators who answer the phone, hold the position long enough for it to compound, and report the result to our own committee quarterly. That's the entire model. ESG doesn't sit in a side file — it shapes the price we'll pay and the people we'll back.
UAE mainland licence. Fiduciary standards applied across every mandate. The governance board reviews the book each quarter — ours is independent of operating management. Our operational standards are aligned with global frameworks including the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), reinforcing transparency and accountability.
Ten sectors, chosen because they don't move in lockstep. Energy, water, healthcare, education, agriculture, industrial, tourism, sports, technology, commercial real estate. Traditional businesses, the kind that keep working through cycles most investors spend trying to avoid.
Head office in Dubai, on Sheikh Zayed Road. A working presence in Kuala Lumpur. Most of our deals originate across the Gulf and Southeast Asia, which is where our counterparties tend to be, and where we've chosen to spend our time.
Two Governance Partners sit at the top of the firm. One is a former UAE minister with nine years of diplomatic service at the United Nations — the background matters because most of what we do touches sovereigns or state-adjacent entities. The other is a venture operator who has raised and managed more than USD 100 million across the Gulf and Southeast Asia, and who writes the model before we write the cheque. Every mandate passes them both.
